Well just a short time later I’m back with nothing but he did respond. I did ask if I could buy the Tarsacci without the backpack 🎒 and was told it’s free it comes with the packaging. That type of packaging cost money and I’ve yet to find anything free in this world. I ask about updates and one I’d like to see for myself are If any updates he would have for the Tarsacci in whenever . His statement was short but not so sweet in he didn’t have any as in none updates for the Tarsacci. He did invite to call him but I’d say he already told me what I wanted to know. Chuck

Aaron you done more for the company than the man who owns it, The videos you went to the trouble of making done more for the Tarsacci detector in promoting it. He really needs to come out of that little world he’s living in . For what you get it’s the highest Price detector. It’s got the shortest warranty than anyone else. I forgot you pay shipping I don’t know why I’m posting this being everybody knows it already. I think it’s a good detector but needs some updates to make it a great detector that don’t look as if they coming. Chuck

The supply is unlimited and when it stops raining you can stick them in your back pocket never knowing they there. That waterproof backpack 🎒 becomes a pain in the backside over time in a day in the field. Only a few detectors collapse down that maybe fit in a backpack waterproof are not. I surely don’t want to have it to put it together every time the rain stops or take it down every time it starts. Chuck

I’ve said it here before that the Tarsacci is one of the few detectors I’ve sold and regretted it. At the same time I’d want to see some updates on it before buying back into it again . A gentleman did offer to sell a used Tarsacci he had for a number of years but waiting on pictures first. Chuck

Jeff I knew this guy is home burned down to the ground and it was on cedar post it was nothing left of them either. This guy had coins in fruit jars all over the house.Me and another guy was trying to find what we could for the owner. The coins we found had the shape of the jars but the glass was gone .The coins had fused together taking the shape of the jars they were in. The guys wife had put her wedding rings in the window above the kitchen sink and they were still there when the house went up in flames. The guy I was working with knew about where the sink and window was so here we go with a shovel full at a time looking for the rings. We did find them but both rings looked like they had been eating popcorn. The heat from the fire caused this effect on that white gold. The same will happen to coins if in a fire long enough. Chuck

Minelab is what I would call a old company that’s got all the equipment up and running to produce just about everything they want. They could undercut anyone they wish to the point another company couldn’t compete and would be forced out. On Nokta I’d have to say your right on the carrot 🥕 but they could give us something with updates down the road to keep us happy. They’ve showed already they can sell us a detector lower in price than just about anyone. Only time will tell what the outcome will be for all the detector companies but what I see is all good for us the customer . That’s the one I’m on the side of because I’m a customer also. Chuck

What I wondering is just how many is in a batch that’s being referred to? Could it be a hundred but needs to be no less than a thousand to meet the demand ? I believe before us here in the USA get our hot little hands on one it will be others coming out to compete with this new kid on the block downunder. Write this down on whatever you got that Chuck said This year we’ll see more PI detectors coming out of the wood work than ever before. That they’ll all look like every face of all the coin detectors we have now. I’ll go so far to say it will be Minelab are Nokta will be the first to have it here . Chuck

JCR I know that’s why I hunted with a small coil most of the time so I wouldn’t have to root plow the whole place to find that elusive target. I’ve looked at my pinpointer and ask it where were you in my younger days when I needed you so bad. Chuck

I have one myself that I bought in 92 and have that small coil that you could get for it then. It’s still works great like the day I bought it. Chuck

JCR It shows it’s 107.7 miles from San Antonio and your right Dan lives somewhere around there. You may have done it already a search on the show to see what’s said about it. At one time I was going up there doing a little panning but never found anything to write home about. Years back it was a gold mine northeast of Llano called the Heath gold mine. If you can look at the history of Llano you can see it .All they show it two horses pulling a dump bucket I’ve used myself cleaning out water tanks but with a tractor. It never says anything about the gold taken out of it. It’s a mineral belt that runs over the north side of Llano and off hwyway 71 a historical marker talks about the Spanish silver mine. The marker is south of Llano. Lots of treasure talk all around Llano. Chuck

There is a Treasure Show in Llano Texas this month on the 23 rd and 24 th . It’s something said about a coin hunt and showing panning for gold. I guess what I’m saying is just maybe Garrett will be there with this new detector. I plan on being there and post pictures after it’s over. On other Treasure Shows Garrett has always had a strong presence at them and maybe here as well. Chuck

I’ve always said I don’t care how small it is it’s still gold and you worked hard getting it so why throw it out. Chuck

The first gold pan I ever used was metal because you didn’t see anything like what you have now made out of plastic. I guess you could say I got the fever back in 61 along the old 49’s trail and it’s something you can’t shake off once you got it. Great write up Steve. I don’t care what equipment you have you still find yourself with a gold pan in your hands . Chuck

I remember when Minelab came out with the SDC 2300 and I was telling everyone on the forum’s at that time about this new waterproof detector that Minelab had. The trouble nobody believe what I was saying about it .They went so far to say I didn’t know what I was talking about. What they didn’t know I got my Lost Treasure Mag a month in advance and Minelab had their ad telling about this new waterproof SDC 2300 . My first nugget detector was the Extreme and found my first gold nugget with it . It was the first nugget detector that I owned but others came later . Chuck
