Okay I’ve watched the video and the only thing I can say is I wish I had that and he had a feather up his butt then both of us would be tickled to death. Having that is like fishing in The big one always gets away. It would be my luck to be out and a storm come up then lightning hit’s that thing killing me on the spot . You know what I said about the feather will just forget that I’m going to pass it up. Chuck

No problem with the recharge batteries other than when they go down they go quick but like you said you have more than enough. I’m in the same boat as you with recharge and a cheaper way to go in the long run. Chuck

With all the excitement going on about this new detector we may find out how low Minelab can sell the 6000 . I really don’t believe Minelab is happy about this and find it harder they’ll do nothing. This is the best thing for all us customers is heavy competition between detector companies. Chuck

Well if Dilek company is going to come out with a PI detector now would be the time to do it. Getting to the US before this new kid on the block that’s coming from downunder would be a feather in their cap 🧢. One thing if they did it would come with batteries and a selection of coils. You not going to have to shop around to make your detector work. Like in the past their price point beats most of other companies and I believe they’ll do the same on a PI detector. Right now the only one who knows that I’m not blowing smoke is Dilek and I do hope she’ll say something. Chuck

Dig4gold I use Velcro that I get from Harbor Freight at a great price. I run my cable straight up to get it out of the detecting field and put the coil under the detector housing as shown in the picture below. The Velcro straps may be a little long but work great . Chuck

Joe The only thing I can say about the cable clips is if the screen on your detector goes dim then the clips are too tight. Chuck PS Joke for today.

Most MINELAB DEALERS have the cable clips you talking about and I know Rob Allison has them because I’ve got them from him before. Chuck

GB Just go to Amazon and put coin magnifier with light on a search. It’s all kinda of price’s but they have two that look like mine at 45 49 plus change. The one I got for about the same price works great and I don’t see why you would want to spend more. Here’s a better shot of a run of the mill wheat Penny. Just don’t put a finger under it because it will true show how old you are. Chuck

George thanks for posting your book. I’ve got one coming now from Amazon and they showed it was the last one they had. I knew a guy down on the coast at Corpus and he had a bait stand on Padre Island. He would walk behind the sand dunes and find Spanish coins sitting up like on a little toad stool. This was about the time in 67 some treasure hunters was working on three ships off of south Padre. The wind would cut the sand away from the coin and leave it sitting on top. Most was cut coins this how they made change back then . Chuck

Just looked at Harbor Freight and they have some for 7.99 that may work for you. Just do search for Long rubber gloves on HF and that was the first on their list. I see you have co I guess meaning Colorado used those I had a lot there and never let me down. Chuck

At one time I could get my hands on the long rubber gloves that was used bye the power and phone company. They had leather gloves over the rubber ones. I just used the rubber ones and as you didn’t get water in them your hands stayed warm. Well maybe not so warm but it was something you could live with. I think you can find something like that at Northern Tools are maybe Harbor Freight. I’ve seen some that come up to your shoulder. Hope this helps. Chuck

I’m sure if it wasn’t a market for this two new detectors Nokta wouldn’t have put them on it. But if they would like to score with a lot of us then come out with a PI detector that’s equally as good as those on the market now if not better. If this isn’t asking too much could it be waterproof? Having a better price than those on the market now would go along for most of our pocketbook’s. Dilek I know you are always bubbling over with information on things to come so don’t hold back now.
