With GPR added in with the PI, you can see the dips in the bedrock.... I think incorporated for a more civilian use, it can be pretty beneficial... Check out the coil, now that will be revolutionary...

With Minelabs military contract to develop a new advanced prototype detector within 3 years, it would be interesting to see if they will model new civilian detectors from this?

Current owners wishing to upgrade their existing detector should contact their local Minelab office for upgrade options and pricing.
I hope this is a free option !!! , I paid good money for this detector, and just like a vehicle recall, should be replaced by minelab if there is a flaw. Thanks for showing this...

Has anyone heard any new information on the Fisher/ Teknetics CZX gold machine coming out soon? Fisher claims a new ground breaking technology, that will be able to see through highly mineralized soil, and red dirt?

Mike,
I downloaded it a while ago, when they first introduced it. Don't know if you already have this for google earth, but also look at downloading overlays for it, such as topo, hydrology, geology, and bing aerial ( gives clearer/ different resolution), and there are several more....

I am very interested in the GPZ 7000 wireless option, the WM 12 wireless module, from what I have seen on the FCC website, I think its a 2.4ghz unit, not 100% sure, but this module looks like an awesome feature added to the detector. Not trying to get information, just reading what is on the Minelab brochure. I have a pair of 2.4ghz wireless headphones at home I use for the PC, and TV, and they work just awesome.

Hey Steve, or Johnathan Porter,
I noticed on the ad for the GPZ 7000 on minersden, 2 people commented. One was Johnathan, and the other was someone named Steve in the USA, is it you Steve Herschbach? OR does anyone know who this Steve in the USA that is testing the GPZ 7000 out? Are they on the forums?
thanks,
Dave

I have been using Bunks Hermit Pick, very lightweight, yet strong, has a nice wide spade, made by a local prospector.
