I confirm that these headphones are no good. They don't work when fully screwed in and when they do work like the regular headphones they have very very low sound, waste of money unfortunately.

Check out tsnamiscotts post just a few posts before yours.
Yes but the seller has apparently fixed them and sold 14 already

Does anyone own these yet? Are they any good?

Ah, so you think he is just raising the price and does not want to honor the old price? Very possible I guess.
Minelab brand headphones are available right now for $149 so no need to mess with risky purchases. Though I already saw a set for sale used because the owner thought the Minelab version lacked volume.
Which store has the Minelab Headphones for sale?
-
The thing is, he has 6 for sale but for 200$.
-
Hungarian just bumped the price from 85$ to 120$. Too much hype around this machine...
-
Seller is a scammer, he just canceled my order because the product has a defect while he still has 6 for sale, but for 200$ now. I would stay away from this guy.

I can't because I bought it in the United States and I am in Europe now. The seller told me these are all tested at the factory, obviously quality control got skipped a little because of the huge demand.

Same issue here. I used to hunt with a Garret Ace 250 and it was awesome on euro coins, never fooled me. The 2 euro coin jumped a little more but I could always tell. With the equanox 600 the numbers of coins match with a lot of trash unfortunately.

I have all these problems on mine, very disappointed with Minelab about this. Built quality is far worse than for example on my Garret Ace 250, I expected more. But it makes up for it with functionality.

I just took a chance and bought a pair, so I will let you guys know if they are any good.
Waterproof Headphones Ukraine

UPDATE - The seller sent me his newest model, Piezo, much much better sound, just a notch under the factory EQ 600 headphones, but I guess that is to be excepted for waterproof headphones. Quality and comfort are far better than the older ones. Now I can finally go water hunting. :)
