  1. Hello Chuck. First of all, we are really sorry that you had a bad experience with our product. Normally, we refer our customers to Kellyco who is currently our repair center in the USA. And for all parts we replace directly, we almost never ask for the defective part back. The reason we replaced your part directly and we had to ask for the defective part back is that we had some failures with the small LCDs on the handle in the past but those were complete failures where the LCD did not work at all and we could find the cause. In your case though, you stated that the light comes on the LCD but no numbers. We must find the root cause of the problem.   4. Steve, a thank you will just not be sufficient for all this hard work but I will say it anyway - A huge thank you on behalf of my team for all you have done. I sincerely hope that you find a lot of gold with our device so that it at least pays off for this hard work although your feedbacks and your review are worth a lot more than that for us! Once again, this is very appreciated and I cannot wait to get the final unit in your hands.
  5. Thank you Ray! My comments to Steve's post applies here as well. You may post your test results keeping in mind that the device you have on hand does not have the final menu setup. It is also missing the Audio Boost function and the revised iSAT resolution which were added to the device after its test results in Australia. Other than that, the performance is the same. Thank you very much for taking the time to test this device and provide us with your very valuable feedbacks.

  14. Hello there! The extra lower shaft and the 5'' coils were included based on customer feedbacks. We could have included the case and the covers, too but to be honest with you we did not want to increase the price more as for people who own a FORS Gold already and who want to upgrade to the Fors Gold +, it would be a waste of money. Environmental covers can be thrown in the package at the time of order, not a real big issue.

  17. Hello..this Dilek from Nokta. There may be a disconnection or a short with one of the cables in the system box. If there is a disconnection, it will be easily resolved. If there is a short, this may have been caused by the rain if it went inside the system box. Hello all..as I see many posts and comments on our shipping date, I wanted to clarify a few things: I saw a comment: ''makro is up to its arm pits with trying to trying to straighten out the mess they have with the Racer release.'' on another forum. I guess this is the price we have to pay for being so open and let all speak their free opinions about our products and also not denying any fault if there is any but rather keep everybody updated with the changes we are making on public forums. We understand that no matter what we do, we cannot make every single person happy or appreciate what we are trying to accomplish but it is OK. We will continue to do what we are doing for all those who are appreciate it and see the value behind it. There are NO delays due to any changes we made based on customer feedbacks as they are all taken care of already such as coil covers, tone sequence, 3-tone depth increase etc. And these were NOT any faults in the machine but rather changes we made based on testers' and customers feedbacks. The only fault we came across so far is the issue with the bolt which is being addressed. In my earlier post, I stated that we were planning to start shipping product the week of the 23rd. The date we start the shipments has not changed but: Our shipments are scheduled and planned according to the dates we receive the official purchase orders from our distributors around the world. We send products in order to be fair to all resellers so whoever places the official order first, gets the first shipment. And the first few shipments will go to Europe. Therefore, US shipment may be delayed 1-2 weeks. If all goes well, we are planning to make the shipment the week of March 2. Thank you all!
