Currently I can't find one online that is for sale anywhere in the USA.

Stay away from Craigslist for sure and just purchase a new unit from a good seller.

There are to many fake units out there that will rip you off in a heart beat.

Big Boys Toys had one but it is gone now, but for another $100.00 you can get a brand new 800.

Most of the time someone will knock off just a $100.00 to sell their unit if it has a warranty left on it.

So my best advice is to get the new unit.

Sorry if it is out of your budget but I will be honest with you about this.

Actually I am thinking of selling my 800.  I have been mostly using my XP due to shoulder and back issues. The Minelab is rough on my back during long hunts.

Simply plug the Killer B's into the WM08 module using a simple mini-plug adapter and you have untethered Killer B's.

If you still want to go the BT APTX LL route the following phones have gotten good reviews from forum members:

Soundpeats made a compatible set of earbuds that were APTX LL but they seem to discontinued.

Note that the Trond and the Miccus Headphones are "clones" of the ML phones.  I use the Miccus phones and they have audio superior to their ML clones which I too have found to be muddy/muffled in comparison.  Strange but true.

Beside the Miccus and Paww phones, I have not verified the others but they SHOULD work based on the specs.

    Thanks!

  3. Thanks guys for the helpful info.!

You could use the WM-08 wireless module and your Killer Bee's... that's pretty much why it comes with the 800. It is also a lower latency solution than Aptx.

  4. I would appreciate any help identifying these items.  The top item is heavy bronze and appears to be a buckle of some type.  Looks as if it would have been riveted to leather.  The middle item I have found several of.  One on a Civil War campsite with two lengths of chain attached to each link.   Appear to be a combination of iron links and a lead or pewter disc.   The bottom item I also have found on several occasions. Has a small lever looking attached part.  All were found on an old plantation site along with some Civil War relics.

    Thanks!
