  1. nice, that would look really nice framed by nails. pm me if you need some nails.
  2. not bad for a guy with two left hands. can I come with you sometime, I promise to only find nails.
  3. just follow all the claims, that's where the gold is.
  4. if I was holding the detector, any detector, anywhere, it'd be a nail. cause I'm the king of nails.
  5. you guys need to eat big. we get minerals from food not water. eat regularly, and drink water even if you are not thirsty. take a lunch or a complete energy bar with you(or several) and snack often. dont wait until you feel weak. and drink lots of water.
  6. nice, but it would have been bigger if you found it with a gpz7000! :-)
  7. the american md makers had better come out with something new soon or go the way of the dinosaur. I like these, and the nokta stuff too. but that gpz at 10k, might as well be a million.
  8. is it the gpaa show in march 7-8? I'll make that. thanks
  9. black sand is the problem. I'm running 4 inches of drop and full water pump out put. when the riffles pack up I feel like if I don't clean up I'll lose gold. do you guys think I should increase the drop. using 1 inch per foot now. and thanks for the replys.
  10. what are your opinions on highbanker cleanout times? I like to clean it out after about 10 buckets, of course it depends on the type of material, and how the riffles are running. a friend says he does it at the end of the day, end of the day for us would be 80 to 100 buckets.
  11. I would add, take a buddy with you. A minor injury could become a matter of life or death if you're alone, not so much if someone is there to get help or help you back to the vehicle. Oh, and I always carry a tealight(small candle), makes fire starting easier.
  12. I think most people don't know how to clean the green carpet in the a52. that green carpet catches fine gold, but you have to wire brush the carpet in a tub of water. if you have never done that with your carpet, try it.
