I may sound a little harsh bit it sounds to me like you need to learn how to read a GPs and a topo/claims map before you worry about the type of detector you should have... Any detector that does find you some gold would be great---especially if it is on your claim. This is a basic tenet of detectorists'--- to know where they are at at all times-- dont be that guy who has to be embarrassed when the real claim owner shows up busting your a.. and all you can say is. " I thought we were on my claim"-- Trust me-- at the time it sounds so weak of an excuse that you will want to crawl under a rock. Hopefully the claim owner will blow it off and tell you exactly what i just did. Opinion given with love---- but dont mess up!!! -- too easy to use a real map !!!

I was on the main island in mid 2000's---- Working with New Tribes Missions-- quite an eye opener-- the country, the people, the landscape, the language...... dispela day..... dispel day... This is THE day! I would go to Bouganville .... maybe i could hire a boater to drop me off over in West OZ.... i could wash ashore like a refugee-- surely you all dont still send people to Manis Island ,,,,do you???

I'll have to pass on Rye Patch--- OZ has spoilt me.... not just the gold , but the overall experience with great people, crazy geology, and food--- did i say FOOD!!!!! Now thats not to say i dont know a few on here who can slap together a pretty good meal and fiesta..... and quite a few are within 500 miles of RP....

Taskmaster got a "deal" on a DeWalt blower and that little thing came in handy as can be, It worked a treat when we were dry blowing!!!!!! We would use it to blow off the backhoe and it worked great on the air filters---- plus he used it on me a few times too..My lungs show opacity since i have been going to WA for some reason...🤠. I was the dry blowing monkey who cleaned out the feeds from the hopper to the Keenes... but i didnt have the heart to tell the doc.... We used the Dewalt for many different things and were really impressed upon how handy it was. The last picture is my favorite--- all done and dusted and 4X time---- with a brilliant lounger seat donated by Condor!!!! Condor that seat made the Taskmaster happy!!!!!

Steve, That's not cussing in Australia----🤣-- I have had Sheila's in Meeka come off with worse expletives than that old fat bas..... 🤠 The "Taskmaster" was the one who really taught me how to cuss Aussie style------he led by example--- (Dont know what he was cussing about all the time tho.... I was right there too... ) It was hard to tell because when he was looking right at me a frantically waving his arms like a madman and yelling, "%&^@)()#(_ @#)*)@#*@_.... bleep bleep bleep-&^%&%)^#@&---- it made me think maybe he had seen something behind me that upset him........??????--Yeh THAT'S IT...something behind me...yep.. had to be... I was able to witness the the same type behavior from my Dimbulah mentor---almost exactly the same type string of expletives spewed over a prolonged period of time one morning----( i dont forget those lessons) 😳😉 May even heard a little of it in the FNQ with the Goldhounds---but yeah naw, Tremain is too laid back, Dave wasnt there enough to see me in action..lol... ....now Dale...... yeah Dale may have snapped once or twice whilst trying to explain something to me again ----- for the hundreth time.... hahahahaha----- Lord I wish I were back!!!!

True-- i think i have had them all since the 2200--except the 4500 and the 4800-- and a lot of other ones like makro, GB II, 705. 800 x 2, 600, CTX3030, -- i liked the sound of the 6000 on those targets. So of course I will have to get one--- as soon as they open OZ back up--

so---- even if it was -do you think the idea was to sell 2300's????? I doubt that.... And who didnt know that the ZED will go deeper than the stock 2300 coil...???? But she performed pretty dang well with the big dogs... that was obvious... I have a 2300 and wouldnt have given it that much cred.. Till now--- And of course, in this video the 6000 just put the old lion out to pasture !!!! bam! The 6000's audios responses were way nicer than the ZEDS.... I will say it again--time will tell --- (but it may be time Taskmaster!!!!!)😉 I really liked the clarity of the 6000's target response--- there was no denying it---DIG!!!!!

Careful about dropping your nuggets on the floor mate !!!----- That may end up being a "sore" subject--- 🤣 I would love to hear the chatter at the Doc in a Box after you left.....
