  1. Just one more dear,,,just one more--------lolol
  2. I just noticed they arent wireless...... I really like having no cords to the detector... I even saw a bluetooth transmitter at a truckstop that was tiny....and i already have a Motorola bluetooth headset like your senns.... I dont think i can go back to wired headsets. But i like the style of these headsets vs my small headphone type unit because i cannnot wear a hat with mine. I even like the earbuds that can also hear ambient noise by Sennheiser----but those wires!!!!
  3. We are back and tho very, very, sore... We will go back and try it again for some more... In a canyon that is so right for a goat... We went and attempted to fill up our poke... While detecting and panning we did also find... So much trash ...i truly think that I lost my mind... From the air couplers, and the sockets sets, to the log chains, and more... We kept on digging looking for that elusive score... We actually enjoyed this remarkable day.... And to get a big half a gram took our worries away ....!!! Now the way to this bonanza is really quite clear... Just follow the goat trails and you will be there.... https://plus.google.com/104592762424805629687/posts/AoPKysyPNVd?pid=6149922515973131842&oid=104592762424805629687&authkey=CP3QrJS6hc75Hw
  4. Chilling in NorCal just sitting here dreaming Listening to the wind ...as it is screaming Looking at forums ....Youtube, and all... Laughing at the others who are having a ball Waiting for tommorow.... to work for the promises Of gold nuggets in hand... to show you "Doubting Thomases"
  5. i see there are a few different models of the eaphones---- Which kind do you prefer-----i know this can be a personal choice thing---but i was just curious---- i use a TDK Kleer wireless system... and even that small headset will fall off my head if i dont remember to adjust it down to my neck when digging a hole--- The earbuds seemed like they may be the ticket for me--(i have a set of Motorola that have the behind the neck piece ---- it feels weird when it touches the back of my neck sometimes---- kind of startles me....lol) Anyways, another great video, keeps me in the right attitude for my walk in....at least i dont have to worry about the crawlers you have---my main concern is falling or twisting an ankle or knee --- it would be a very hard crawl out.... paul
  6. Norvic, Send me your address and I send you a hipstick...my buddy Chris P. makes them---we live in NV. (part time)---- try it you ll like it!!!----- paul
  7. nice and famiiar looking,,,,,grinning!!! nice tires too....... i wanted to remind you that you cant use those detectors with metal in your boots or pick handles..... just sayin.....lololol
  8. Norvic i may have mispoken calling this "moving map software" but you can check it out and see what you think it should be called---dont know if it would help you there,,,,,but it is put on by NatGeo... http://shop.nationalgeographic.com/1/3/topo-mapping-software
  9. Hey Norvic, I used a moving map program today --basic TOPO---ran it thru the GPS----to laptop on truck console---we were in a new area and it helped a lot to be able to see what the area actually looked like that i had been researching---Almost got hung up twice by trees across the road---'(bring chainsaw next time!!! ) We were late and ill prepared and it almost cost us a day.... All in all had a good day, saw some beautiful new country....
  10. Keep us informed------- Im looking at getting one for my sweetie baby to run with me, as I use the 2300. She can discriminate my hits. We also want to park/beach hunt and really want to see how Gerry's park program works. (Everything is blanked but 5 numbers) I could get used to not digging pull tabs.....lol If anyone has a used on let me know. Paul
  11. Slap a boot in that tire and you will be good to go!!!! lolol
  12. "A website dedicated to prospecting for gold and other precious items using metal detectors, suction dredges, sluice boxes, gold pans, and more." ' I think thats the kind of stuff we all like to see.... Steve didnt set this site up as strictly... 'GOLD ONLY' At least that's not my understanding----How about it Steve? paul
  13. Yeah the cover from Rob's (made by Black Al's in AU) keeps the armrest open OK... Plus, i tuck the headphone adapter in it along with my KLEER wireless transmitter, I usually wear NAPA mechanics gloves so the handle doesnt bother me any.... I did get some bungee cord and hooks at Ace Hdwre. made a 12.00 bungee for it.... i will put the pictures up when i take some this weekend i hope!
  14. Can't play a ukulele when a shark takes your arm..... Lololol
  15. I would have been dead....I walked about a half mile after I got bit. My neighbor took me to the hospital in a 68 Mustang.....that ride was way more dangerous than the snakebite...lol
