Bounty Hunter is the manufacturer and yes I contacted them. I would have too ship the detector back to them. I wanted to reach out to see if anyone had any ideas on a fix before sending it out. No luck so far. Thanks for the reply!!

Contact problems. The + (positive) tab for the right side battery bends backwards when changing batteries. Any suggestions on a fix?
