Impulse AQ Yes But Which Digging Tool
LE.JAG replied to Rivers rat's topic in First Texas - Bounty Hunter, Fisher & Teknetics
it all depends if you hunt at low tide or in the water at low tide / like me / a very solid gamatte is preferable most important / for me it's the tilt of the handle in this position / I keep my back straight less fatigue / and I get on the Gamatte my 95 kilos do the rest 😁 3mm stainless steel / and unbreakable fiber handle no holes / too close to the weld lines (less breakage) allows to carry masses of compact sand without fear of breaking and without wasting time the faster the target will be released = the more gold you will find... -
Finally - A New Impulse Video From Le Jag
LE.JAG replied to Rom14's topic in First Texas - Bounty Hunter, Fisher & Teknetics
on the first image there are two prospectors one at the bottom and another among the posts in normal times the remains of the posts are not visible they are under the sand on this beach / over 5 years ago strangely, all the heads of Teller mine let's not get the swastika, only one of those found, year of production 1938 I also had to dig a very large amount of piece of brass detonator remnant -

yes, i stayed 4 days on the spot and after 10/15 prospectors, you have the result big rings went out on the night tides the large signet ring 13.5 gr was especially deep on the video, the square ring and the last (dome with the stones) went out after another target / over / coin and bullet on the 4 days there was a lot of wind the sound / clean / on gold that AQ gives becomes an advantage for me it's the best test reality / and you have it in front of you 11 gold rings walking behind several minelabs of course, experience makes the difference but i'm not superman, lol I just have a good detector.......... -
Impulse AQ = Bipolar Technology ?
LE.JAG replied to JEKOS123's topic in First Texas - Bounty Hunter, Fisher & Teknetics
currently the gold detector market special nugget represents 80 to over 100 million US dollars (annual) or more depending on the gold price ... most of it is picked up by Minelab if tomorrow a competitor obtains a detector able to take a share of this market he will market it quickly (if he can ...) your theory only works for those who hold the market they have every interest in keeping cookies to face a new competitor then having technology is one thing being able to mass produce it, another .... -
To Wait Or Not To Wait, Thats The Question
LE.JAG replied to PPP's topic in First Texas - Bounty Hunter, Fisher & Teknetics
the electronic part / the pcb had been frozen the first time in january 2019 but the leap forward, spectacular obtained in May 2019 on rejection mode = closing of all holes on gold detection and possible 24k detection (in rejection mode) led to an upgrade of the PCB (serial version frozen in October 2019) it would have been stupid (for FTP) not to do so... the only problem left and delays launch is purely mechanical for once, FTP is not really at issue it is (it was) a part under contract easy to guess which one (don't ask me ....) -
No problem for me anyone can ask questions .. the test in the air of the video is not intended to demonstrate the power just the speed of the pulse I will not talk about Tarscaci / not test for the CTX if you have already tried a TDI pro / 14.4 v you know it's deeper than a CTX for me AQ is much more efficient more sensitive / faster / quieter and therefore deeper = on gold CTX has been out of competition for a long time we can't compare a 12 volt bbs with a high voltage PI / it's another world... about videos I always use a plastic box / port ventral like the beginning / just fix AQ front on the box it's just a practical question AQ as standard is sealed ... I test future programming / upgrade Alexandre does 'perpetual' research with only one goal = to always do even better .. + on videos / I use the settings available as standard the only notable difference is the length of my cable which should make me lose some sensitivity (logically) but as you can see I dig deep enough :))

who can do the most can do the least... the pulse rate very high 4000 PPS (pulse per second) in addition to the high current in the coil can bomb the ground / very quickly (4000PPS) and very deep = strong current once this acquired = just lower the ATS (recovery speed) sweep slowly and you get the targets deeper than any other detector ............... + I tested the prototypes up to 6500/7000 PPS they were even deeper but at this rate there are overconsumption issues and overheating ...

New Impulse Video
LE.JAG replied to Lance's topic in First Texas - Bounty Hunter, Fisher & Teknetics
Rick, the 7us should also be very good on meteorites if you have known impact sites in the desert areas of your region will be good spot, test .... you may have websites or books which identifies the known impacts -

I guess it's at low tide but i don't see the bikinis :)) -
personally i am not in favor of wireless digital sound processing to tendency / to crush the subtlety of tonality watch the Deus, one of the best vlf in the world the sound, on a ring or a gold coin is really bad this is largely due to the 100% digital signal processing ... But, I recognize that for hunting nuggets it's different / there is little pollution and you dig all the sounds .. i think there will definitely be sooner or later wireless option

January Gold From The Chesapeake Bay (15)
LE.JAG replied to Joe Beechnut OBN's topic in Metal Detecting For Jewelry
I do want to believe you last year I ran into a blind guy (completely) who was prospecting, on a beach !! he had an equinox he comes with a friend of his it starts at the end of the beach and it draws lines by itself it was incredible, and he finds his targets much faster than us ... the day I saw him, he found his first gold ring it had started / detection 4/5 months earlier and I'm sure it will become very good to tell the difference between metals / just by ear ............ -
ok, indeed I did not understand when i see the ring appear we just see the slice I call the guy who was with me and to show him, I kick water on the ring which comes out better from the sand Terry, I'm starting on video I'm already having a hard time doing them, if in addition I had to fake them I think I would be too bad to get there 😂

very nice rings 👍 Joe, you never tried a vision seal for water https://www.amazon.fr/Reef-Scope-Underwater-View-Blanc/dp/B00I50NPU4 when the water is clear enough saves time to locate the target without putting your head underwater // she doesn't look very hot 🙂 fix next to the sieve, could be useful... -
Aftermarket Coils For The Impulse AQ
LE.JAG replied to dewcon4414's topic in First Texas - Bounty Hunter, Fisher & Teknetics
Effectively, one thing at a time ... and I'm not sure that any other manufacturer will produce coils which starts at 7us the first 200 pulscan tdi was able to start at 8.5us by being finely tuned but the production of coils does not follow .. of course, concurrency and coils merchants are going to buy and dismantle some but nothing says that they will manage to copy them .... -
when i put the disc in the water she just moved / I can't hear her anymore until then, the sound does not vary / it is still in place my gamate, from the tip to the yellow handle is 45 cm = 17.71 ' it's hard to say how much she was and that’s not the purpose of the video .. but it was pretty deep also note, that the ring is a small diameter it does not pass to my little finger larger diameter / good weather condition see a lower carat (18k this one) = easier to detect we can largely hope 20 '

You mean, that this are two sides of the same coin ? this coins does not exist ... I think there are two coins in the medallion it would have to be dismantled to see / it would be interesting on the Dos Pesos, the date of 1945 does not mean anything I found one a few years ago do some research, between 1951 and 1972 a large number of coins was re-struck in the 1945 vintage ... Nice find, all the same :))

Thanks, for comments on my video for AQ, I don't have the final product Rick stole it from me :)) I have the last pcb of series but in a ventral case / and not the last sticker it's not very good for videos .... 3 days ago I found a big gold ring really very deep I'm still going to make a short video of this hunt the depth of the ring is clearly visible on the film, and should surprise many of you :)
