Maybe someone can repeat that test on your vlf md... Target medium size cooper coin. Depth test just for info (not bad for 10" mono).

No coins but with finds

First test's of MD (6,7 kHz) with better discrim on big iron with mono coil, for quiеt work on super trashy areas. 1st video small cooper coin and gold ring 1 gram near solid iron. 2-3rd. video medium size bronze coin and large round iron with hole.

Is that 9" dual coil has 8 kHz on Nexus SE? If it possible shot some video. The thing is that form of ( )( ) coil runs better in heavy soil on 18 kHz. Low frequency works better on other MD, after testing i'll show you more.

Very heavy soil (salty and black), any other digital md shows ferrous on that deep target. Something like my previous post, live digging.

Some silver finds... soil was very salty (farmers put minerals) after rain, GB done but there was little noise from the ground on 18 kHz. Still many finds no problem. There was ORX and Deus users on field with less finds in that conditions.

No, only casing of the coil. Do you have detector masters who make custom coils? As I know the best result will be on pure analog machine. There's the guy on youtube who uses it on Tejon

I can compare with Deus, ORX, Eq... The thing is soil! No mater what detector you use, black miniralized ground with ceramics makes them lose depth and discrim, spherical coil smashes in that conditions. As I know Nexus is good detector, for sure not worse in depth than Predator.

It is 9×12" OO just like Nexus one. I will make subtitles later for that tests.

Depth test in hard soil. There was EMI from gas pipe near the field, so i couldn't do max. settings. 1st target - 23 sm. (9 inch) 2nd 34 sm (14 inch) 3rd 42 sm (17 inch). I'll do another test in good conditions with max. power.

There is something you miss using that coil (like others who use it on Nexus). Disc should be at 1 than you easily distinguish iron from colour metals in any soil, GB it not like in instruction let it be minimal as it can be whithout false signals and your deepnes will be even better. I use it on very trashy areas and it hits and separates targets just like sniper coil (working zone is not so big). DD coil separates better than concentric (worst discrim in hard soil). With coils you chose in areas with briks and ceramics you'll miss low conducted targets for sure. Test it better.

In woods it's not that comfort but more usable that big wheel, smaller size with same form under development.

Simplex and Amfibio lose depth even in normal miniralization. EQ800 has good depth but lose discrimination in hard conditions. Thats why I use analog MD and Spherical DD coil. May be you should clean your bridge from pigions sh*t and go in right direction.

Vista Gold Gain + Spherical coil (9x15) and you'll be suprised with results.
