I won the next round, I won week 2 as well.
Hello Simon
Thank you for taking time to enter the Minelab Olympics Week 3 competition where we asked the community to answer Minelab Trivia.
With a large number of entries from across the world, the judges took time to review who in the community had all of the answers correct. After their review, they have decided that your entry was among the winning submissions!
CONGRATULATIONS!
If you could please respond to this email and provide your physical mailing address, our team will work to fulfill a prize package for you in the coming weeks!
Again, thank you for participating in the Minelab Olympics and thank you for being an incredible Minelab fan.
Best,
William Archibald

I think you and I might be the ones getting the points for the Kiwi's, I won week 1 and now week 3, more hats and neck protectors for me 😄
I'm beginning to wonder how many people have actually bothered to enter this competition. -
That is awesome service, and I know sometimes we get forgotten about down in this part of the world. Heck even some local companies aren't that good. Any good service deserves to be mentioned.

That's awesome, I won in the first week of the MineLab olympics, and might have got a bit excited as I had no idea what I had actually won, when I looked into the terms and conditions I found out I'm getting a hat and a neck protector. So at least I can pretend I have a minelab detector 😁😁😁

That's an awesome result, helping out people is one of the best feelings 😄

NZ is lousy with coins. They are everywhere and luckily there is plenty of silver laying out there. I took my detector to Rotorua once and scored heaps. Should be plenty of places around Hamilton. Good luck.
Thanks Kioti 😄

I'm a bit ignorant to all things NZ 🙂 I spent most of my life in Australia... From what I can see the North Island doesn't exist to those on the South Island, and the same goes the other way 😄
It does feel like that sometimes, although I do like traveling around the South Island, just a nice change from up here.

Hi Coilpower, welcome to the site.

Welcome Coilpower! I had to look up where Pokeno was 🙂
It'll be good to hear how you go with the Tarsacci on the black sands up that way.
Pokeno, famous for icecream at a dairy of all things 😄

Hi Coilpower, I only just saw this reply. I'm right in the centre of Hamilton currently 😄

Nothing too exciting, but I thought I'd like the same name across any metal detecting forums etc, and I was sick of using old usernames I've used in the past. I just reversed Sam I Am to come up with maimas.

Welcome Sam,
I see Simon (phrunt), has introduced himself! I would definitely follow his advice and posts, since you two are practically neighbors! Maybe you have a "Cointopia" area near you too!
Lucky fellas!🍀🍀👍👍

Hello
Just thought I'd say hi, I'm currently based in the Waikato here in New Zealand. Don't have a detector yet, but love all the information available on the forum.
Thanks

Thanks for the info on how you find the vanquish. Looks like a great machine. As someone that wants to get into detecting, but doesn't have a machine yet, this looks like a great place to start. Need to save up for one.
It's a little overwhelming with all the machines out there. And I decided not to go down the route of a super cheap machine and getting disappointed.
