  1. No 3rd person. Digging Dude (the guy w the cool voice) is contributing his videos to me to post. I helped DD learn his Tarsacci, and he’s returning the favor by helping me with the D2.🙂

We’re just here to help others learn their machines and enjoy the hobby.

  2. Agreed. And that’s one of the problems w the Tarsacci because your only allowed to set certain things and some none at all. If you watch my lake video I just posted, I found that Buffalo and 2 Wheats in spots I KNOW I went over w the Tarsacci, and as deep as those coins were I know they were there!

FYI……I posted a DEUS 2 vs Tarsacci in Bottle Cap Reject in the Comparisons Forum…

  3. Cliff, that’s great data👍 Appreciate that!
The only question I have is, since your using the Beach salt program, it may differ from the Digging Dudes base 3 program, not sure.
Also, keep in mind unlike the dig it all mentality w have in water when it comes to mid low conductors, there’s just way too many to dig sometimes on land. You’ve got to choose your battles w what little time you have. I understand the Digging Dudes rationale…..😊

  4. I’m still getting used to this machine, however I’m learning it quickly. It’s a far different animal than the Tarsacci, definitely A LOT more options, and I don’t mean that in a negative sense. The Tarsacci is a great machine, though it really lacks features that really could make it better. In this video, I’m hunting in a really OLD lake,  TONS of iron, it’s really cool to have so many options at your fingertips such as the Reactivity, which is really needed in this type of environment. Interesting, the areas I found the Buffalo & Wheats we’re POUNDED by the Tarsacci w it’s 9” @ BEAST coils.

Now, I’ll I need is to get it “dialed” in….

Nice find. Perhaps it is a factory machinery tag since it is so heavy made.

I visited the Henry Ford Museum about 1984. Very interesting place. This Texas boy was surprised at how green it was up there. Not all concrete & buildings at all!

Wow, yeah the museum has really changed a lot since then! I used to work there in the restoration department 30yrs ago. Thanks👍

  6. From what I’ve seen so far, the deeper the target, the less of a straight line you’ll get. That gold cross o found last weekend which was only around 3” deep, didn’t register a line at all, only a little squiggly dot. However as seen in the video, it did register a straight line out of the ground. Crosses are hard to find especially gold ones, due to the irregular shape.

  7.  Very nice! 👍
Barbers of any kind are so RARE in my parts, and Seated forget it! I just got news of a street tear up coming up next month in a mid 1800s area. Hoping to I’ll find some Barbers & Seated.

    CONGRATS!

  8. Yeah, I’m having the exact same problem w my MI6. Right out of the box I tested it on a dime & was impressed w it’s performance. However, after I charged & paired it, got out in the field I was disappointed to find I was only getting 1” depth. I attributed that to (new) user error??? 🥴 Glad I still had the Carrot in the car. I need to go over the instructions again…..

  9. I’ve been hunting this soccer field for quite some time w the Tarsacci, finding lots of nickels and aluminum. I knew it was a matter of time before the yellow stuff turned up, never expected it though 1st time out w a brand new machine….go figure…..🥴

I’d like to thank Don at North Georgia Relics for the SWEET deal on this machine and the Digging Dude for helping me set up it up!

    Thanks
