Hey guys, Ive got a unusual problem w this V3i. I’m getting a overload report w the 10” DD coil, as soon as you squeeze trigger to get out of the menu. I have it configured for the 10” in the settings too. I’ve even tried the 2 other coils I have and it’s works fine w those. Any ideas? Thanks, Aaron

Yes Dan that’s correct! I forgot Chuck called that the Sugar Scoop design. I actually had another one, it didn’t have the 2 piece handle and sold it to a buddy. He’s not detecting anymore, I should try to buy it back! They don’t make um like this anymore....

I’m pretty sure some guy has been sneaking into the lake at night due to the lack of gold & zincs I’m not finding and the quarters I am finding! Oh well, managed to find 1 gold earring. Might give the lake a rest for a while....

Very strange, as hot as it’s been, there was very little to be found at the lake last Monday morning. Usually there’s at least a lot of clad. Very seldom ever do I see any other hunters there either. I’m going to experiment w a couple new settings next time. I normally won’t post unless I find something good however I hate filming for nothing...🥴 Thanks! Aaron

Thank you Joe, really appreciate it! Of all the places too for me to to NOT get the video! It was great to cause I wasnt expecting it, I pulled the scoop up and it was filled w gravel. I didn’t see it till I tilted the scoop and the gravel fell back & revealed the ring, man I love that feeling!

I almost passed this one by, but fortunately stepped back to investigate. Glad I did.... Unfortunately I thought I was recording when I found the rind and I wasn’t 😭 I promise I’ll get it right week! Thanks for watching! Aaron

I live in Michigan and cannot answer that question. However checkout my latest video where I have tuned the Salinity to disc out both coke and aluminum foil at the same time while still excepting a extremely small hammered coin.
