I have never had a company treat me with so much respect and lightning fast response like Nokta has... A lot of companies could really use a schooling from Nokta on how customer relations should be conducted... I was contacted this morning by Dilek @ Nokta by message from this forum ..submitted my address and phone # ... NO PROBLEM!!!! just made my day over something as small as a piece of plastic... I'm still waiting on Fisher 4 mths now for a response to my repeated emails and phone calls... SMH thank you Dilek for ur excellent customer relations and service...

Now I feel like I missed my big nugget...looks like from now on I'm digging everything...and I've been in some good places lately that were known for big gold but the numbers were showing too high for gold ..SO I THOUGHT... I FEEL SO GREEN!!! lol lol lol thnx for the info!!!

Nice finds...

Every piece of gold I have run across my machine I get a reading between 42 and 48.... Someone showed me a 1oz. nugget and when I ran my machine over it the target i.d was 82 so I was guessing that it wasn't a good quality if any gold at all...the person said because of its size the reading was higher....WEEEELLLLLLL when I got home I ran a 1/2 oz and a DWT piece over the coil and each pulled a reading of 44 and 47... I ask if this is correct because while hunting I have run across targets of 80 and up and from my experience with my machine that is usually bird shot or some other metal other than gold and I ignore some targets because of this...AM I PASSING UP GOLD NUGGETS???

I'm sure they will... Called the shop I bought it at against my better wishes and I was told "contact the manufacturer... Its not our problem once the purchase is made"... I'd rather not repeat my response on here due to it being a family show...lol lol and I will state that I was offered to buy the new "improved" coil cover for $13.95+ shipping... Yeah they r a joke..

My complaint about the Nokta... I have put about 60 hrs on my machine in the 2 weeks I have had it... the 5.2" coil cover already wore through and cracked exposing the bottom of the coil... I have over 150 hrs on my gb2 in 5 mths and its not even close to wore out and I use my gb2 hard....am I the only one with this problem...gonna contact Nokta.... I would think they should last longer than 2 weeks..I read that they addressed this issue... The one I have is paper thin..

I was this weekend...that was at Douglas City campground... Good sniping there too.. Last yr I pulled over a 1/2 oz sniping in 3 weeks.. The water is up real high now cause they opened the damn so I don't get in the river cause u can't see anything... Kicker is I only live down the road from it...I'm surrounded by the trinity river... Steiner Flats the gpaa campground is down from it and its a free campground but gets full of tweakers this time of the yr...
