  1. I think the Easter Egg is, on the box it states a 2 year warranty- they changed it to a 3 year warranty, it still states a 2 year warranty. She stated the package was already made up and they was going to put a sticker with a 3 year warranty over the 2 year warranty before shipping.
  2. I think I know what the Easter Egg is, I'll think I will let You think about it a little longer.
  3. It is the exact detector as the Fisher Goldbug Pro, exact an upgraded model (more features).
  4. Thanks for your thoughts, I was thinking about getting a Bounty Hunter Time Ranger Pro for a simple detector. I already have 15 detectors- a Minelab GPX-4000, Minelab Quattro, Minelab X-Terra 705, Minelab Equinox 800, Minelab Vanquish 540, Minelab Eureka Gold, Makro Gold Racer, Makro Racer 2, Nokta FORS Relic, Fisher Goldstrike, Fisher Goldbug 2, White's MX-Sport, White's DFX 300, White's TDI SL, Whites VX3 and Bounty Hunter Platinum- I need another detector, like I need another hole in my head!
  5. What is the best aftermarket coil for the Bounty Hunter Time Ranger Pro, Teknetics G2+, Fisher F-19 and Fisher Goldbug Pro (they are all more or less the same detector)? NEL, CORS, MARS or Detech are the choices.
  6. Steve or anybody else, Nokta just came out with the FORS Relic, how does it compare to the Makro Racer 2? I already got the Makro Gold Racer, what would be a good compliment to the gold racer-the nokta fors relic at 19khz or the makro racer 2 at 14khz? thanks, Keith
  7. I bought the Makro gold racer-a fantastic machine at the first of the year. Now I am in the market to buy one of the new detectors coming out. My choices are the Makro racer 2, Whites mx sport or the Nokta impact, if it ever comes out. I would appreciate anybody's input, particularly Steve's- good, bad or ugly on each model. What I have heard and read, the Nokta impact is the way to go- if they ever release it. I'm going to direct this to the Nokta/Makro research and development, if they made a Mackro Racer 2 that was waterproof, it would be a no brainer. thanks, . Keith

  10. Hi Steve, I recently acquired a Fisher Goldstrike metal detector at a really good price. I know it's a older machine, what's your thoughts on the machine-good,bad or ugly. Is it a decent machine for gold, coins, relics or all the above. Also lastly please give me the strong points and the weak points of the machine, any information would be very helpful. Thank You Very Much, Keith
