Nice idea on the headsets, I would also like to know if they are low latency because I tried something similar on my 800 and I was missing some items.

Great pieces of gold that you have found and I just wish you could find something much bigger. I know that NZ is not known for real gold nuggets (ounce or bigger) and can fully understand what your up against.

I don't think that it is as much as the detector than it is the coil. Should they design a new type of coil and then make the detector to fit the coil then they would have the depth, the sensitivity, and the people that would buy it.

They could make a 3 section coil to give the impression of 3-d with the approximate size of the object of what is below the ground. The tech is already there to be had, but nobody has put it together in my opinion.

Most companies do not want to give the customers what they really want because if they did they would lose all future sales.

I hate drinking and typing when I am tired.

Great job on the gold, and I like the area that you are digging. Those areas are what I look for here in my area, and they are far and few between. Where I have had the best luck around here is where I can see more quartz mixed in the gravel and clay. I have some creeks that have only the small river rock that is about 2 feet deep and then all clay. You have to get to the clay and grind it up to free the gold.

I have used my cheap drone from Ebay to survey creeks and hills to locate good spots to do some panning.

From there I have been able to find good areas for the flour gold that is common here in Illinois.

Would I recommend using them in the areas out west, yes I would. Make sure that you have plenty of battery time for the areas that you want to explore.

Wish I had so much nice areas that you have for gold, here is harder to find it, but when you do it is about the same size that you are getting.

I am going to check into this to keep track of my girlfriend when I am working in the Gulf.

Just kidding as there is always a need for items like this, so why not just get one and use it when you need it.

There is some nice gold areas in Ohio near the Kentucky line.

Look at some of the creeks towards that area and check them out.
