Well Steve, when are you going to be able to elaborate on performance. Says you where finding gold right and left. Since they put out this info, can you tell us whats up? -
Blendy audio is everything for me. Deus has it...as does the at pro my son uses. When relic hunting, makes a big difference. Basically, want similar performance as my deus or gb pro,but more punch...and that small coil sounds about right.

Hey Klunker, can you get some better pics? Is it cast or stamped?? Ray

Nice wreath buckles guys. Those are my favorite finds! I would rather get a nice buckle ,than gold...unless its a wopper, lol. You have a good camp there, keep hammering it!

Have you started to play with some small gold on the racer yet Steve? I sent Keith some crumbs to play with. He made a video, and the racer definitely hit better than the core, and he did it in disc mode. Btw,in disc, does the racer sound off on the salts in your hand? Wondering, cause one piece I sent was barely a step up from flycrap, and was surprised the signal he got. Ray

Ideas For Changing Audio Tones/Sounds?
deathray replied to ~LARGO~'s topic in Metal Detector Advice & Comparisons
I hear you Largo. I used a Sovereign for years, best tones ever in my oponion. Owned 3 explorers, and nevet could like those flutey tones. Now I relic hunt more than anything. The AT Pro is real good in working iron...but with the iron i.d on,damn iron tone gives me a headache. Now I can run my Deus all day in Full tones in a carpet of nails, and doesnt bother me at all. The Tesoro Tejon adressed this by making the tone adjustable...nice feature. Ray -

I really like the cargo trailer idea! Most the time its just me and maybe my son, just pitch a tent. Getting fancy really does not suit my personality, but that trailer would work fine...be kinda nice to sleep without a rock or pinecone in my back. Thanks for sharing! Ray

When the camel breaks down,I have to resort to my cj-5, or the yota. Got the cj through a labor trade with the best detectorist in my area...came with the hood ornament! (Any of yall know Jerry Culver?) The toyota I picked up from craigslist for $900...had to paint it,was zebra striped! Not into new vehicles, although Im sure they are much more compfortable. Ray
