  1. Really very nice Palzynski. Still waiting to test Tekkna. Thanks for your report!
  2. Hi all! Spent last 2 years testing the Deus 2. One week ago bought the Ultimate Spiral 15” for GPX. Inside my bedroom I noticed that Coin/Relics timing doesn’t work..it’s dead, almost totally. Other timings are ok, can hear EMI and objects on the coil. It’s not coil’s fault because I have same behaviour also with another coil. You know that coil/relics timing needs mild soils so I don’t use that timing..but I’m very sorry about that. Have you ever noticed some similar behavior? Thanks -Did also a factory reset..
  3. I think HSQ is a good compromise too. Have been using PWM since many years with D1, since 2 years with D2 but know it’s my first choice. So, I 100% agree with Palzinski!
  4. I did depth tests videos using that prog and I have to say that on high conductors is really really deep. I did tests with a 50 euro cent coin: its material is “nordic gold” which isn’t obviously gold but copper. Also 10 and 20 euro cent coins are nordic gold coins. I love Sir Blackwell videos, thanks CPT!
  5. Relic Striker is a powerful 1 tone analog: in mineralized soils is deep but isn’t sensitive on small targets, on low conductive targets because of its low frequency. I love single tones like Blisstool V6 and Relic Striker but, especially in hot soils, you can’t do without the multifrequency. So, D2 of course.
  6. I also own the 3 coils. On very hot soil 11x13” fails because can’t detect the little and very low conductor target (I always use in tests on hot soil) in the bottom of a 9” hole while 11” and 9” passed the test with flying colors. In open fields (neither plowed nor mineralized) and on the beach/shore I’d use the 11x13” for its big coverage.
  7. Yes Chase: with magnetic accept isn’t possible to ground balance the detector. Very unstable machine and too many false signals. Here mineralization is really strong, soils are full of iron oxides. It’s a shame I can’t set magnetic accept and that’s why I’ve worked on another custom program I’ll share here..
  8. Hello Vicente! Because I knew that prog. 12 is nice also in mineralized soils. Infortunately I can’t set D2 with “magnetic accept” otherwise it would be much deeper than “magnetic reject”...
  9. Really very nice Jeff. Thanks for your interesting report..
  10. Hello Vicente! I’m very happy about your result. Thank you very very Much for your answer! 👍
  11. Updated 5 minutes ago. RC and WS6. Now I have to create again custom progs and to test my last one..
  12. I’d like to know if there is sensitivity improvement also talking about the relic program...I don't know but I think I’ll wait...
  13. I have done lot of tests on very hot soil with very thin and little targets. D2 is performing very well..even more so with helmet size targets..
  14. Looking for big targets like that I don’t think you need a 5000. Detectors like D2, in my opinion, are more than enough..
  15. It’s very difficult to give an answer. I’m a relic hunter, I have also a 5000 and work with it to find little targets in mineralized soils. Don’t know if you are a relic hunter or a prospector. Now I always go on hematite with D2 and It’s ok for my relic hunting.. Obviously, little targets which D2 can’t detect will be detectable by GPX. .
  16. Ok, very nice midalake. It’s really constructive to “talk” with you. Happy hunting.. 👍
  17. Midalake, you can obviously say what you want and you can think I have not done enough testing as well. It doesn’t matter. AR doesn’t influence the metal detector detection depth but it helps to hear faint signals better. That is.
  18. Yep. For instance: there is a little low conductor target 12 inch deep. Deus 2 can’t detect because of high mineralization. If I turn up AR, D2 can’t detect anyway. Instead, if my sensitivity was on 81 and I increase it to 92 with same AR on 3, it’s possible D2 detect the little target because sensitivity affects depth. AR doesn’t affect depth.
  19. Audio response does not give you any extra depth but makes weaker, deeper signals louder. It’s something which works on the signal amplification, it’s not like sensitivity which affects depth. They are 2 different things.
  20. Audio response is an adjustable signal amplification and doesn’t affect depth. A high audio response level isn’t always my first choice: deep targets seems to be like shallow objects, no difference at all. I set high audio response levels during depth tests, (6 for example). Audio response on 3-4 is perfect, in my opinion. I know people who set it on very low levels and hear a perfect amplification on deep targets and help to understand also the targets size.
