  1. I think I will continue to use google maps for my key finds. A couple of things: if the DEUS can talk via Bluetooth it would be nice to open that up for other headphones\ear buds for summer. I have years of google map listed finds, can I get these imported? With push, it would be nice to have additional hot keys or scroll for find categories to push such as coin, relic, button, hammered, gold on the remote. I would hate to take out my expensive phone every time to do this. More choice icons for finds to eliminate typing with muddy hands\gloves. Detector in one hand, phone in the other, where to hold my digger?
  2. Anyone have any information on what happen to DETECTOR ELECTRONICS CORP. the XP distributor and warranty service provider? It appears they were sold and now owned by the company out of Texas that is a distributor for numerous detectors.
  3. I used a PI detector for a day, dug very deep and got mostly junk. Never again digging deep unless it only sounds off on gold.
  4. Really impressive to find recent or centuries old coins and relics.
  5. Much more hints it you watch Calabash's video about the update on YT.
  6. I was looking at the accessories, do you know what this waveguide is for? XP DEUS 2 Aerial Antenna. BH01 Headphones, XP DEUS 2 Remote Control Wave Guide
  7. Does the D2 come with the underwater kit or do you have to purchase separately? If separately, can you list out the parts required as it seems that there are 4 parts needed for diving including the bone conduction headphones. Thanks!
  8. I was hoping that the "Silencer" could be locked in its value with the D2. Never got an explanation on why it reverts back to its original value when changing "Reactivity" I believe with the D1.
  9. Great to find this forum and site! I'm Jim retired US military living in tropical Japan in the Ryukyuan island chain. Love to do all sorts of detecting especially beach hunting, and I like to hop on a flight to try other countries. Mostly use the CTX and the XP Deus for the adventures. Looking forward to sharing in these forums.
