I'm thinking he has the salt sensitivity too high. The manual even says "When using higher levels of SALT SENS, low conductive targets that register around TID 30 may also be slightly attenuated."

Oops. I was using the charging cable, which will not work.

I did a quick search on this, but didn't come up with anything. I apologize if this has already been brought up. For those that have received their units already, is anyone having issues updating the WS6 headphones to version 6? The remote updated just fine, but I've tried 2 different Windows computers with no luck for the headphones. It just says "update" on the headphone screen, and nothing happens on the app. I've also made sure that I'm on the WS6 tab on the updater app. Maybe there's not a version 6 for the headphones yet? Figured I'd check to see if anyone else is having issues before I reached out to XP.
