Hi Jerseybones thanks for your answer I need to know what kind of cable to use for the extension. Do I need a 4 wire and screen cable? And you cut the Atx cable near the coil or near the connector? It could be used a two component resin and a heat shrink tubing?

Hello everybody. Any of you have ever done a Garrett Atx coil cable extension?I have an infinium coil and I put the unit behind my back into a bag.It's very light to use but I like the standard 10*12 Atx coil! Maybe this coil cable extension submersible in water? Thanks so much

My english to but i will try to explain I degrease silencer , ground balance -5 points, reactivity I go very slowly and in the sound of the headphone there was a Little good sound in the middle of the noise. A lot of time there was a coin or a good target. Obviously I use this settings in small zone. The coil Is very heavy This is my experience with Deus 1 and the 11*13 coil.

Ho avuto un Deus e con la bobina 11x13 spazzolando molto lentamente e diminuendo molto la reattività riuscivo ad andare molto più in profondità della bobina da 11 pollici. Questa impostazione la usavo solo in zone pulite e solo per piccole zone dove avevo trovato qualcosa di interessante in precedenza. Certamente l'asta del metal detector ha risentito del peso extra e si è allentata parecchio
