I don't know why that wouldn't be marked. I spent a few minutes looking on Rob's forum to see if something was posted about that switch but work got in the way. LOL

Hello, can someone explain what the toggle switch is for and how it works on the GP series gold screamer? I recently got a GP 3500 that came with one, and for the life of me I can’t figure out what that switch does. Thank you!
I don't have Doc's but I do have Coilteks. I have a switch that controls the voltage one setting is for the GP'S and the other is for the SD's. So this may or may not help you.
EDIT.
6.7V for the GP's
7.3V for the SD's

What is the purpose of the red? rope/string at the top of the photo. Today I have run out of LIKES so I will sneak a couple in when Steve is not looking 😁
I believe he was using that to grid with.

Thanks for this. I am going to look for this tonight. I believe the cities California or it may be the state itself is fining the shipping company over the empty containers. I think it is something like $100 a day after the ninth day per container.

I really enjoy that area but the skunk has been winning.

Congrats. Any swing there you could have found gold. (Assuming you were in Gold Basin) I have seen baseball size meteorites come from an area south of the helicopter refueling area. Not going to give specific area since it's all private property.

Nice gold. Congrats. I'd rather be hot than cold I guess that's where I live where I do.

Sounds like someone should be planting trees. LOL

I will say that those are two good looking pans. How much material was processed for those pans?

I saw on Facebook that Minelab was increasing their MAP prices $50 to 500 depending on the model. This was posted by Rob's Detectors so I am pretty sure it's not a nasty rumor.

I have a few with others. I personally don't worry about it but a few of the other guys do but that's them. I have enough stuff to worry about that is a lot more important then a few grams of gold.

And YES, Yes, yes even to this day, there are a few dealers who do not talk the Equinox 800 as a Gold Detector. So sorry for the customers who talk with such unknowledgeable dealers as it really does not leave the customers with as many options and or give them the same opportunities as the Multi Use Equinox 800.
This is why you are one of the very few dealers that I trust.

Except by yours truly, who was finding nuggets with it in the U.S. before anyone else in the country so much as laid hands on one, and wrote articles trying to get the word out. I can’t help it if people don’t listen.
I listened and I am glad that I did.. 😉 I have never posted gold finds on any forum but I may here maybe.

Not worth a second of viewing anymore.....ask anyone who's been on the show in the past. 90% fake or 're-enactments' of events that took place weeks before. Some notable people who were 'stars' of the show are now quite embarrassed to be associated with it. The Opal hunters series is a bit more realistic and a Sapphire mining show (by the same production company) is about to be aired this year too. Hopefully they will learn by previous mistakes.
But I really love that shiny clean gold that get dug up. LOL I watch it and Gold rush there are a lot worse shows on. It's just entertainment.

I've been trying to find an old Jeep or Toyota out here as an offroad rig for prospecting, rockhounding, camping, and whatnot. Hardly anything that's not 250k+ miles, a wreck, or $$$.
keep looking. I wouldn't hesitate buying a 4runner with 250K miles. They are super easy to work on when needed.

I can't say for sure but I am willing to bet that Diggings website isn't up to date since the BLM is so far behind.
