I have used " liquid tape" for some applications, very flexible and holds up well, perhaps worth a try.

A beauty for sure, continued sucess.
-
All_Metal_Mode, you are correct, I have found metorites using just a rare earth magnet taped to an adjustable ski pole while walking or sometimes riding on a 4 wheeler.

Well it wasn't her husband who taught her such bad habits. Although, I don't get to see all his finds so maybe he has scored a nice chunky one.
Yea, not sure who she would learn something like this from.

I have found metorites (3) with my GPX5000 while in gold mode. One was 90% burried in soil when my detector went off, turned out to be the best one I have seen and has fusion crust. Good luck.

This poor woman is learning some bad habits from someone, perhaps putting teeth marks in a nice gold nugget.

Really nice gold Gerry, I miss your usual display style. Continued good hunting.

A Goldbug 2 with a screen would have been a good seller at one time, years ago, if they came out with one now, it would still be too little too late to increase sales. Time to move on with up-dated VLF detectors. I have one and liked it very much years ago, just sets in the closet now-a-days.

Not under warrenty any longer, worked fine for a long while but just started messing up this Summer.

Gerry, You and your field staf always do a very good job helping folks learn their detectors saving perhaps months or years of trying to learn on their own. I have taken the class you offer, very much worth it.

Wow! great coin, nice going.

I have a Garrett carrot, lately once I turn it on I cannot turn it off, have to remove the battery, replace it, then start all over pinpointing, what the heck?

Good video, seems harmless, but it could be just the begining of what Steve has mentiond.

Lucky, your tailgate has seen a lot of gold over the years, good on you.
-
Well, not teeth marks like someone would have made.
-
Dam, nice gold, thanks for posting Lucky.

To add to my earlier post, before I started to use the Quipple I used another type of bungee, the length adjustment was at the detector and many times when there was a lot of up and down, instead of adjusting the bungee i would just bend my back down to make up for the down slope, this led me to having back proplems after a few hours. The Quipple is adjustable at the top or bottom of your detector, saved my back to detect longer each day. Great product.

They are on both Doc's and Rob's site. I have 2 of them, they work great.

Nice finds mn90403, inspires me to get out and do some park hunting with my VLF.

I feel the same about the 35, not ready to spend 100+ for the 40.

Nice going DSMITH, I did a very similar thing to my Bunks pick, just a foot longer using a shovel handle. Nice to be able to stand until the target is out of the ground.
