Wow, that's impressive. -
If it can use a concentric coil I would like one too.

Kruzer Notching With Iron Audio On Notch Values

Gold Kruzer would be nice if it had notching. -
The 6" coil. I used it in lakes all last summer.

Happy to hear you and your family are going well. My prays go out to you for a quick recovery. -
The Orx doesn't have a 2 tone mode.

With the Orx I would use the 9" hf coil. Frequency 28-28.8 khz and 54 khz. The mode and sensitivity is up to you. Start with disc where foil is disc'ed out. That way you can see if there is any rings and if you get any rings try dropping your disc to 7 that disc's out nails. Then you can see if there is any small gold. I haven't had any gold or silver rings that id in the foil range. With the Equinox I would start with Park 1, I would use 2 tone ( I know everybody like 50 tones ), I like Recovery 4 and Iron Mask F2 0. Tone break I set above foil. Don't dig foil till you get a ring then go thru with the 6" coil in Park 2 or Gold 1 or 2 and see if there is any small gold. My hunting is in lakes and I dig everything above nails.

Nice find. In rough shape. Show a picture if it cleans up better. Try soaking in hydrogen peroxide.

If you don't want the cross I'll take it :).

Nice I really like it.

I always wondered that too. Nel coils would be nice. I would be happy to have a couple. I'm stuck with the 4x7.5 and 5x9.5 coils. I like concentric coils but don't care for the one that came with it. Nokta/Makro how about 7" and 9" concentric coils for the Gold Kruzer like the other Kruzer"s have. The Gold Kruzer is more than a gold nugget detector. It's great for jewelry hunting on land/water and relic hunting. I wish the Gold Racer was waterproof. I would move to that one for the coils.

Is The Anfibio Controller Removeable Off The Shaft?
Rick N. MI replied to Rick N. MI's topic in Nokta / Makro Metal Detectors
Thanks I thought it would be like that. I have Gold Kruzer and it's the same. I am thinking about getting the Anfibio this coming spring. -
I like your finds. I went out to hunted hard spot with the Orx and got bullet casings and a button.

I've also heard diluted white glue can be used and it can be removed soaking in water. I've only used it 1 time. I couldn't tell I put anything on and I haven't tried removing it.

I enjoy watching it.

Remounting Pick Handle (advice Request)
Rick N. MI replied to GB_Amateur's topic in Detector Prospector Forum
You can use epoxy and put sawdust in it and mix it up so it thick and won't run out. I've done that putting Redwood boards together to make signs. Epoxy is tough. -
"True waterproof" That's a good one. More coils to choose from. Hodo display and other optional target displays. Also agree on no controls on the side. That's a possible area for leaking. Lighter and better balance. Have different choice of coil sizes when you purchase. Vlf or new technology and pi w/ disc combined in one detector and keep it light. Keep a gold mode in it.
