I have one, but haven't used it very much. I bought one because it was cheaper than GM1000 and I got it for my girlfriend. She used it Saturday and Sunday for a couple of hours. She found lots of non ferrous trash with it. It seems close to the GM1000, but I haven't compared the two.

I had the GM 1000 and let it go so I could get the Gold Kruzer which is a much better fit for me. I just never saw the point in the GF 2000.  Sometimes simple is good but I do enjoy having the settings and options with the Gold Kruzer.

Sorry guys as of Oct 21 2024 the Gold Finder 2000 has been discontinued.

The lowest price I’ve seen is 538.00 on Amazon and some others for the same.

They still have a considerable amount available.  I haven't received any news regarding discontinued pricing.

From what I understand, they have something in the works.  Simple but with more features.  No, it's not the PI!
