I just saw that a used XLT / DFX screen is listed on the auction site. I can send the link if you need it.

The right display is the Powertip PG12864LRS-ANN-H (or PG12864LRS-KCN-H). I bought mine 3 years ago on Ebay and a friend of mine installed it for me. It works.
