Thanks all I really appreciate everyones help. Yes I have 900 also but gonna pick up another pair of the 85’s if they are available? Now I just need those manticore M8 and M15 coils to be available. Thanks

Anyone tried LC3 / BT LE headphones, yet? There are a few available by now.

I'm still in hope, the don't use a proprietary protocoll.
Did someone try to pair the Minelab heaphones with a cellphone f.e.? That would indicate that they're using BT (assuming LC3 / BT LE will be somewhat downwards compatible).

If you are asking for an "update", it has been shown that all the latest ML detectors that use the Bluetooth LE protocol (i.e., Manticore, Equinox 700/900, X-Terra Pro/Elite) use a proprietary version that is only compatible with ML branded wireless headphones (ML-85/ML-105) or the recently marketed Killer B Wireless Headphones for Manticore/Equinox/X-Terra.
