Bounty Hunter Red Baron VLF Spd (RB7)- Info Needed

Hi everyone, I live in France and bought an old Red Baron. I have changed 2 capacitor (I had the old one) but there is another missing part which I believe is a transistor (picture). Would you know which one it is ? Thank you for your help !

MPS3638, it's obsolete but a 2N3906 should work.

This is a final audio drive transistor so if it was removed there was probably an audio problem that might still exist.

It could be just me but are those diodes okay ?

They look like they have seen better days especially that top one.

I'm guessing they might be okay if they have passed Carl's keen eye 🧐
