I took the knife apart and cleaned up the blade a little. I don’t know where all the corrosion is from as the blade is discolored but hardly any pitting, so some type of stainless. DWerk Posted July 11 Share Posted July 11 Real nice haul there. I tried to hunt the river I live near. It is a regular tuber/kayak/canoe river. Quite wide and a lot of shallow areas but filled with stones/fist sized rocks and quite a fast flow rate. The water will take you down with it if your in over the knees. Not much fun and a lot of effort so I don't get into it much except at the slower landing areas where the tubers start/end..
