Nokta's New PI Machines

Recommended Posts

I am eagerly waiting. It would be great to have the detector now, but I would rather Nokta and the team take the extra time to deliver a great PI than rush it.

Put me on the waiting list.. Have some of the worst sand/dirt in general that vlf machines just cant deliver. If its by nokta  price range will be very pocket  friendly and built like a tank.

I’m just bringing this subject up again to let them know that we are here still waiting on that Nokta PI and we not going away.
It’s a lot of us here that are getting up in age and some like me already on borrowed time. I would hate to think that I may never have the opportunity to swing a Nokta PI detector.

I know Nokta wants to be sure it’s just right but heck I’ll be one of the users and I’m not perfect even if I got my wife thinking that.

Just to let you know we thinking about you.

They can take all the time they need as far as I'm concerned, they need to look seriously at what Algoforce is doing and take it onboard, especially as they're intending to do a relic version too.

If Algoforce make the states before they do then Nokta may be a hard sell . At the same time I’d find it next to impossible that someone is going to out do Nokta on their pricing and product they put out .

Was it ever confirmed there was going to be two models or was that just us speculating?

I remember this image that hinted at two but it could just as easily mean one that can do both

I think they'd be better off with a single unit that can do both, especially when there will be another lower priced unit on the market that does do both.   Nokta could use DD's and add discrimination along with Target ID though to give the Nokta an edge there.

When they had their naming contest they did confirm two different detectors.  Here's the text from the contest:

"Join our naming competition and get a chance to win one of our future Pulse Induction machines!

One designed for gold prospecting and another one for relic hunting!

These detectors will redefine affordability and performance for you to break free from the grip of overpriced alternatives!"

Here we sit hotter than a Tom cat on a hot tin roof and in the 8th month of  2024 but I don’t see any PI coming over the horizon from Nokta.

In due time we will get cooler weather and it would give me great pleasure to know I’d be swinging Nokta PI detector in the field this fall.

If I died with that PI in my hand I’d be so happy it would take the mortician three days to get the smile off my face .

Well, no FCC activity yet so it's release isn't imminent, I agree with Steve though, the longer they leave it the worse the situation is for them, it's already later than it should have been, they can look to Garrett with the Axiom for that, would have been an absolute worldwide hit if the 6000 didn't come out first.
