As a proud recent owner of the F19 (thanks to the firesale and Mitchel for bringing it over) I was disappointed when the manuals for it were all funky, There was one designed for printing which was OK, and the PDF for screen reading had corrupted characters all through it randomly.  Finally, I've got a good clean uncorrupted copy for reading on screen.

@Steve Herschbach may want to update the one on the forums downloads section as it's the corrupted one.

Although I don't have a F-19 now--but I have had several of them (over the years).-----Interesting to note:   The first ones had uncorrupted owners manuals--the next ones purchased had the corrupted manuals---and finally the last/later ones once again had the uncorrupted owners manuals.

Have also noted:   The newer/latest produced F-19s have an increase in the sensitivity.----I don't know if that's good or bad (as to depth)---I do know it makes them more "hyper" and having a tendency to false more (more unstable).

I noticed that with mine straight away when comparing it with my older GBP.  It's a good thing, the GBP and I prefer earlier F19's ran far too stable at maximum sensitivity, you knew there was more in the tank going to waste.  That's been improved a little on the new ones, I'm thinking they could have taken it further though.

I preferred the older ones.-----With the last F-19 I had---it seemed like it was "nervous" no matter where I had the sensitivity set.-----On the older ones--I oved the smooth running & dead accurate TID right down to the depth it was capable of.----It wasn't the deepest detector in the wild west---but....
