So here's a pictures of all the rings I found in 2024, I hunt parks and schools, the top 5 are silver, the one by itself is a Triton tungsten carbide with a stone

I never had the opportunity to keep some stuff together for long, but I like the idea of vacant slots...It reminds me about the target's threshold I need to dig monthly to run the business healthy 🫧

Same here, for the most part.

There's one elementary school in particular that has yielded more silver rings (6 total over the last year or so) than all other sources combined. And these aren't old finds -- nothing more than 3-4" deep. I've spent many, many more hours detecting at other schools and parks, but finding far fewer silver rings.

I don't know why silver rings are so prevalent at this one school, but I've also landed a bunch of bling rings at the same location. Maybe there's some sort of "ring culture" amongst the students lacking at other schools?

Looks good .

So far this year all my rings (1 or 2?) were of bling.

The nice display case is something I may never need . Or will I ? 🤩

The more you are able to get out the more likely you will swing over the right spot, but I guess it's also dependent on location, I live in a biggish town of 20k people, and we get tourists in the summer

I've done better at parks then schools, especially one park that holds festivals like Ribfest and such, found a bunch of mostly junk jewelry but some good stuff at the Ribfest park, lots of change too, I'm in Canada so I find $1 and $2 coins, and rubsmfest grounds has a lot of them
