Not sure that was a great idea, but I will be getting a bit of rest with the storm coming. I find that I don't feel it while I'm out on my usual 5 or 6 hour hunt twice a week, I start to feel it after I get home and sit around at the computer or tv relaxing. When you go to get up, it's like " awhh....man!" That's harder than usual on the legs and back. GF calls it my old man grunts. Guess it just takes us old guys longer to recover than it used to. 🙂 2

I mix a couple tablespoons of vinegar in about 4oz of water and drink it. Cramps end immediately. I've had AFib since 2012, I'm on my second pacemaker which for the past 4 or 5 years has enabled me to do some pretty rough stuff. Of late I haven't felt so good so I'm looking into it. 🤔

Thanks, It's a bargain beach so unless you go in the water you're not going to get the really good stuff. Lots of tungstens and steelies in the water this time, there was a guy out there who only does water. He didn't get anything of high value. I have pulled about 4 or 5 gold/silver rings out of the water here in the last year. I was pleased with one relic coin, and the clad adds up. Just turned in about $250 from two years hunting.

Thanks Okara, love being able to get out there any time I want, the big events are coming up so I may invest in some light neoprene for the water as a jellyfish precaution. I think the coming tropical storm might wash them out, but they're never gone for long. 😬
