The_Stalker
I went back to Pennsylvania at the end of last week to attend a funeral. I returned to South Carolina on Monday and hit the beach hard this morning. Last week everything was very deep. Today target were very shallow. Two of the rings were less than 6 inches down. Crusty pennies and old tent stakes were on the surface. My finds from a six hour hunt are pictured. Two of the rings are silver and the rest are costume jewelry. The crucifix is stainless steel and the bracelet is probably brass. Yes that is my first 50 cal. bullet find.
Ridge Runner
I must say you did hit the ground a running but maybe what I should say is swinging your detector. Keep it up it looks as if you got a great start on your retirement. Chuck
JCR
That’s a lot of targets dug. Good hunting.
The_Stalker
The biggest change from this week and last week is that we had a hard wind from the north east, while we had a high tide last week. This created strong waves that stripped sand from the beach. Now is the time to hunt hard while target are within reach and before the beach rebuilds.
