Ridge Runner
The first thing I’d want is more compatible tones to a old man ears 👂. The next thing for me is a elliptical coil say something around a 5 X 8 are in that neighborhood. I’ll let all of you fill in what else you think would make your Tarsacci better and more pleasurable to use. When all here has had your say I’m thinking about giving Dimitar a call and talk with him on what you have posted. Please express yourself but at the same time be polite when asking for what you would like in your Tarsacci. Thanks so much! Ridge Runner
The sad thing is I didn’t get not one reply of what you may want added to the Tarsacci of you could have it . For myself I’d like to see one frequency of a higher level added and if you wanted all could run at same time. I’d still like to have a smaller round are elliptical coil. With all the new detectors that have come out with others maybe on the way the Tarsacci has become as popular as a fart on a elevator with lots of people in it. Ridge Runner
This is one thing on the Tarsacci that I hope never gets changed and that’s the battery set up. I can take the battery out of the Tarsacci and go pick it up a year later and not have to worry having to go back every so often to charge the internal battery. Just put in a new battery in and go . Yes I know batteries don’t come cheap but for myself give me back the battery pack. So what if it does add a little more weight! JCR
I like the Tarsacci battery set up too. One thing I thought of that I would like on the current machine is a separate volume adjustment for the All Metal channel in Mixed Mode. 1 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/26628-what-new-in-your-tarsacci-would-you-want-if-you-could-have-it/#findComment-283619 Share on other sites

I guess we all would want something in every detector we own but with the Tarsacci I think we just talking into the wind . I know when I said about a small elliptical coil I didn’t get a response from the powers that be . I know right after that is when I put my Tarsacci up for sale and it was gone. I still kick my backside for selling it but that’s history now. I do know I’d have one again with a selection of small round are elliptical coils plus maybe a little different frequencies more pleasing to my ears. A longer warranty wouldn’t make me mad . What I could see in the housing was rock solid and in running it . I found it easy to operate and I believe it would be even for a first timer do it also. Right now I have 3 detectors that calls for batteries and 3 that have internal batteries that I have to charge but not sure where I’ll go from here. By reading my post I’m just thinking out loud so to say. Ridge Runner
I’d be willing to salvage my Legend elliptical coil if Dimitar though it would work and would put his coil connector to fit the Tarsacci . My trouble right now I don’t own a Tarsacci but I’d be willing to buy back into it again if Dimitar was willing to do that. Maybe some of you would know if it’s a possibility of it working. The Legend coil can run in different frequencies and the only one I got now that can. Dimitar has told me to call him before so maybe I will. I’d throw in the Legend 6” coil if the other would work. Ridge Runner
One thing I wish he would do is drop the price on the Tarsacci so it would be more in a price line on what it has to offer in comparison to others. I don’t know what his profit margin is but he has got to have some room to adjust is price. Any adjustment would surely help his sales but I really don’t think he cares about that. JCR
Chuck, the Tarsacci coils are the heart of the MDT. I doubt they are an ordinary Broadband coil. JCR You are more than rightly on what you said above. That is probably the first roadblock I’d have with Dimitar. haha Thanks for responding.
