Randy Lunn
Wow, what an amazing find! An ounce and a half nugget with six other nice pieces is a day that will make you smile every time you think about it. You deserve it after all your hard work of researching and honing your skills. In the field. 1
Hunterjunk
Ripper of a nugget ! Hard work is rewarded occasionally . I always start out with a dig it all mindset but that can start to weaken after 5 plus hours !

Thank you VL 🙂 I must have dug up a few thousand of all sorts of cans or pieces of it over the years. Would be nice to have a few full ones for a change 😁 GC
Dutchman4
That is so awesome, congrats. The same exact experience I had when I found my first big one last year. I thought for sure it was going to be a piece of iron trash until I felt it in my hand.
mn90403
GC, I would have to say that your fondness for some areas in Southern California would turn up more beer cans than you can find where you are hunting now. I know the saying goes that you go back to where gold has been found before but to add to that you could also say, 'go back to where big gold has been found before.' We'll be looking for more of your 4Runner tracks up north before the snow I'm sure. Don't forget to enter that nugget in a Minelab find of the month or coil find of the month. Rob Allison
Gold Catcher, Amazing find. Congrats. For the guys like me that can just sit and around and wait to get out now, this will get us all pumped up. Winter season is just around the corner for the Southwestern US prospectors. How are you liking the NF Exceed coil? Rob
