Dogodog, whats the saying, don't piss on my leg and tell me my waders are leaking. Ha ha, just a flashback from an old movie. Well kinda. Congrats, that lock is an awesome. I dug just the face plate of that same lock a while back. I went back several times  hoping to find the rest of it but no such luck. Cool save.

Except for the metal fab, my interests are the same as yours, particularly good bourbon. I have made a few large piles of sawdust over the years. I run the 800 & 900 and the Legend. Got into cooking during the covid lockdown.

What part of Pa. you from. ? I'm in Pittsburgh. Don't get out as often as I would like to. I used to average about a 100 hunts a year but weather and health has slowed me down a bit. Good luck. Mark

Cool stuff coming out of that creek! 👍 I guess the teardrop shaped thing that says "snagless" is a fishing lure spinner. Another item looks like a bridge for a stringed instrument, "Deliverance" wasn't filmed there was it?

Cool lock, and a beautiful place to hunt in the fall during this nasty drought. 🏆

Markinswpa, I'm outside Filthadelphia. My lovely wife is a Steelers fan and from Indiana Pa. That old lock is probably one of the best I have ever found. I'm always amazed at how well fresh water preserves things.

Congrats on the very handsome six lever pancake lock those are always a welcome sight for sore eyes on the rare occasion that they pop out of the ground and they never disappoint.

Some of those spoon or blade shaped lead sinkers go back a day or two...Very nice hunting there dogodog!

Like it has been said,  very nice pad lock and really neat old branded fishing sinker.

It's a shame the lock wasn't gold , but it is still nice.

Great looking lead spinner weight.

Good luck on your next hunt, and re-seal your waders with a good patch.

That lock is the finestkind . Ya got yerself into some old , keep at 'er .

One thing ya need to find DoD ,,, Aqua Seal FD . It's the fleet favorite , worship worthy no doubt ! !Only a small sticker shock involved but sure is worth every penny ! Keep the left over in the freezer or it will set up pretty quick...I try to save up patching till I have enough to use a whole tube .But dry gear is worth using for just one. I've used it for non rubber gear too . There's also another version for neoprene .
