Great advice JCR, I did consider that. It was a good value for the money.

It's probably more of a rock pick than a prospecting design, I'd hate to come up with a large cent impaled on it 😬 it's pretty heavy (about 1 lb), I bought it because it's designed to reduce hand shock. Last time I went digging in the field I hurt my foot a few times stepping the shovel in. 😵 Getting old isn't fun.
