Pinpoint Function Nokta Legend Low Volume

hallo everybody,

on my Legend (update 1.17) the volume of the pp function is extreme low, when i use the Bluetooth headphone. All the other sounds,etc. work fine.

Can i boost the pp volume seperately or am i doing something wrong.

I have not noticed that on mine.  Nokta did modify the PP function somewhat with V1.17.  I think it is suppose to be more modulated than before.   Have you done some comparison testing on various known depth & size targets?

Nokta definitely lowered the onboard pinpoint function volume in the 1.17 software update. Some people must have thought it was too loud. Not me. I had no issues with the previous volume level. Not a big deal either way for me. Having to press and hold the pinpoint button with an arthritic thumb, that is a big deal for me.

I haven't noticed any difference but I rarely wear headphones and am usually just concentrating on the bar graph while pinpointing with the Legend. The pinpoint function works well  for me!

Never considered the pinpoint style to be an issue, but makes sense it would be undesirable for those with arthritis in the hand. I frankly prefer the "press and hold" style on the Legend since I constantly forget to disable the pinpoint on the Nox.

As for the pinpoint volume with the 1.17 update, I hadn't even noticed. With that said, I also haven't used the headphones in ages, and the volume gets washed out some using the external speaker.
