It's from a TV series called Trailblazers - A Rocky Mountain Road Trip, it was made for UK TV so unless you get much of that in the USA I doubt it aired there.

I found this funny; @Gerry in Idaho uses an arm cuff like a Spice girl 🙂

She must have attended his classes prior to filming, just kidding Gerry, still, very funny 

It's amusing watching her use it, she's swinging around completely unaware what the arm cuff's purpose is.

I shouldn't laugh at beginners, I've been there, done that.
