Guinea1
Recently, I saw a Nokta Gold Kruzer offered for sale online at a really good price by the same pawn franchise where I acquired my White’s MXT bargain. Albeit this time they were only showing the Nokta Gold Kruzer box. But with a quick phone call, I was able to ascertain that the detector inside the box looked brand-new and came with everything feathered on the side of the carton. When it arrived, I was surprised to find it did indeed look like it had never ever been used! I acquired the Gold Kruzer because I had heard it was fantastic at unmasking in iron, most especially the low conductive targets we search for here in the UK. A few quick iron tests proved this accolade wasn’t unfounded. I also like how it comes with the same tiny elliptical DD coil as the Nokta Impact Pro, which I really enjoy using. Plus, here in the UK getting new permissions is starting to become even more difficult by the upsurge in paid groups, who bung the farmer quite a big wodge of cash to search their land. So, I’ve now decided to diversify by searching gardens, especially home owners carrying out renovations with mounds of soil scattered about. In the past, I’ve walked past peoples houses and even noticed things like roman pottery in the soil they’ve unearthed during renovations. Another plus factor, if the land around their home is already disturbed, they are more likely to let you search their garden. The same with having a metal detector fitted with a tiny coil, which also goes a long way in securing the search permission. I’m lucky here in the UK that awesome finds can literally be found anyway, as some of the biggest and best metal detector finds have been made where nobody ever expected them to be. At the very least, I now feel excited at the aspect of approaching home owners seeking new permissions, as the constant refusals by farmers who have been contacted by paid groups were proving irksome! 9 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/27186-nokta-gold-kruzer-iron-unmasker-extraordinary/ Share on other sites

This is the first time I hear about this , paying the farmers to search their land ... I hope that this wont cross the Channel ... 🙂 2 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/27186-nokta-gold-kruzer-iron-unmasker-extraordinary/#findComment-285951 Share on other sites

So, don’t be surprised if some entrepreneur spreads the idea across the channel, as the organisers get a good kickback from the proceeds not just the farmers! 1 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/27186-nokta-gold-kruzer-iron-unmasker-extraordinary/#findComment-285967 Share on other sites
Gold Kruzer Jerry
Hope you have fun with your gold Kruzer ! Mine has found lots of stuff, including 2 credit cards in tot lots ! Hard to believe the small amount of metal in credit cards would set it off ! The gold Kruzer is a very sensitive detector. Should get the credit it deserves ! Great detector for the price ! 5 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/27186-nokta-gold-kruzer-iron-unmasker-extraordinary/#findComment-286642 Share on other sites

The sensitivity of the Gold Kruzer is most definitely impressive, as amazingly even at such a high frequency it still manages to function perfectly as an all-round metal detector suited to lots of different styles of detecting. I particularly like the movability of the small elliptical coil for getting into tight hard to reach spaces. I wish XP would make a coil that size for the Deus II, as the old high frequency 5x9 coil on the original Deus is no comparison to the handiness of the GK19 coil for being able to painstakingly search places. 2 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/27186-nokta-gold-kruzer-iron-unmasker-extraordinary/#findComment-286819 Share on other sites
