I have four river claims in Alaska and I had been thinking of leasing two of the claims out.  I am not really physically fit to work them myself and my sons can only work one at a time. But after reading these posts I'm not sure if I will lease any of them out now or not. I guess I have some more reading of the state regulations to be sure.

My buddies and I also have 4 river claims in Alaska but we dont want to lease or sell. Do you mind if I contact you off line to talk about working with National forest, if your claims are on the NF??

My claims are state claims so i don't have to deal with the NF. I do have to deal with the BLM as the access road goes through their property and pay a yearly access fee.

We have two state claims below us but they people are never there, we hope to get them one day but we dont even know if he is interested in letting them go.

I would ike to PM about the state claims if thats ok? I know they have their own rules but not too sure how they work?
