Yes, 2025 has started off with a BANG and not hurting the BANK as much. Thank You Garrett Electronics and a made in USA company with fabulous Customer Service.

I was so happy to see this news yesterday from Bob Richardson (Director of US Sales).  I wanted to share it, but at the same time I wanted to 100% confirm it to be genuine and ok to share.  I don't like to be labeled as the dealer who leaks info before others just to get a sale. Anyways, he immediately replied back that it's for real and to start sharing their new pricing.

Most interesting and I had shared it on public sites many times before. After a year of use in the field, I can assure you, I felt quite confident....it was the best price vs performance PI on the market in the US...period.

Now with the smart marketing move by Garrett Electronics and the $1000 off, this certainly is by far, the best Bang for the Back PI in the US.  No ifs, no buts, no maybe, IT IS.

Man, Watching that video of my specimen find with the Axiom brought back some fun and exciting memories. Sure wish I would have known and not had the camera out of focus...and also not dropping the $hit word all the times, sorry.  That find makes 4 different states I have recovered Gold with the Axiom (Nevada, Idaho, California and Oregon).  Now it's time for the rest of you folks to take advantage of it's performance and go get some.

The hard part for the consumer is to decide on which of the 2 different packages you prefer to go?

Those desiring to purchase an Axiom, give me a ring on the same 30 yr old phone number my business has had (sorry it's a landline) at 208-345-8898 and we'll not only get you one, but also talk to you about the upcoming 3 Days Field Training coming up in April.  As a bonus to those who show, Lunk (yes he knows the Axiom and has had great Success) will be there helping educate my customers.

Thanks Steve, for sharing that exiting, blurry $hit bomb drop video I did when finding that specimen, it's a beauty.

I was pretty close on the guess in the video.  I said 2 oz and it was 2.17.

One can only hope. (Not that I want you to be stuck with overpriced inventory, Ron.  I feel for you dealers who are getting whiplash from these back-to-back sales and price hikes - it can result in customer paralysis).

Being a small dealer nowadays is definitely geared for being a labor of love job, as several companies have added direct sales now. Minelab has left the high end stuff off of their direct sales site to help the dealers and they have always been the best company to work with on their sales.

But in general I know a lot of dealers are probably stuck with detector inventories that are selling for a loss with these type of mega sales that under cut the dealers without giving the dealers any warning.

I'm an Algoforce fan but this just removed most of the reason for getting all excited about them coming to the U.S. Priced with coil and battery additions the E1500 is not likely to be significantly less, might even cost more. And if I am going nugget detecting I will grab the Axiom before I grab my Algoforce every time. Algoforce is very close but Axiom has the edge.

100% on board with your thinking Steve.

And to have a USA company with plenty of parts and service right here.  That's just that much more of a reason.

Axiom Lite (11" mono, coil cover, charger, carry bag) $1999 add 13" DD coil $335 = $2334 and Done!

This is good news for my buddies who can't swing the price of a 6000 or 7000 that want to get into a turn on and go PI detector.    Would I personally bite on this. No! Not unless I see an aftermarket coil that game changes and Garrett adds bluetooth.

You already have a 6000 so why would you? This is not a sales pitch to Minelab owners. Anyone with a 7000 or 6000 can rest easy, go on about their business. This is for people who are never going to own detectors like that, like your buddies, or perhaps a 7000 owner wants to add an affordable second detector. With the 15% military discount you are talking no more than a high price VLF.

The only Bluetooth you will see on Axiom is what you add yourself via a dongle.

  I'm in that group Steve!

I have no desire to drop that kind of cash for a PI for beach hunting! But... now with the Great news from Garrett, it's in my ballpark finally! But I'll admit I'm not ready to pull the trigger just yet, till I see if and how the other two arrive on our shores! But who knows, I may cave early, as I am a cheerleader for Garrett's "Made in USA" products!!🍀👍👍

Exactly-  Ive already sent it over to one of them. I think it will be a great fit for him.

Decisions, decisions, decisions.

I was going to pull the trigger on an Algoforce in March this year as a back-up detector.  But now I think I’ll wait and see what Nokta offer up and what happens with Axiom prices here in Oz.

The benefit of still going with the Algoforce is that I already have battery packs, already have a Sadie Mk2 and other legacy GPX coils, and the ID function that with the 00 you can pretty safely eliminate lead shot.  And being in Australia parts and service should not be an issue.

No aftermarket coils for the Axiom is probably a deal breaker and also not expecting the Oz pricing to be that great - our Dollar is in the dumps at the present time.

But Nokta might be worth waiting for, especially the price point and waterproof.   What additional features and the ability or not to use legacy coils will be interesting.
