Deus 1 has static AM mode (non-pinpoint).  I believe MX Sport did, as well.   

Manticore's pinpoint mode locks in with a single press, is static, precise, and provides Target ID so it is basically a usable non-motion AM mode, as well, that will readily reveal discrete co-located targets.
