Yup...running in "Best Data", Matt, though I think any detector would have found it...wasn't more than 3" deep. Pretty rocky soil.

LOL..."not expecting it" is the understatement of the year. To find it out in the complete boondocks, along a road only used by outdoor people anymore, is even more strange. Just total luck.

I haven't been able to type much recently. But OMG Jim ! That would be a prized stunner on any dig I've had since I got the Nox 800.  

I have an old stage road here in my new uptah camp site.  I will slow swing that track when I'm as soon as allowed.  THX for the motivation.
