Did you know 10 years ago a guy modded or found a quick and cheap mod for the CTX ,he changed all the seals and managed -15m or 50 feet.Minelab was mad the seals were cheap and some clever chaps started to sell the kit a 5X the price.He clocked -15 as he was a professional diver.Deeper he told me the pressure affected the touch pad.

But all good story as an end ,and as he was always pushing his limits,on dive he forgot to come back up.

 

He died doing what he loved the most

Different mod from what? I’m a little familiar about sea ghost I’ve talked with him on instagram. I trying to talk him now for some work. He looks to do awesome work. I’m wondering if that CTX is lighter? Here is another picture of one he also mounts it under the shaft.
