Just received the HF2 coil! Ordered 5/15 so almost 5 months. Hoping to get out with it Tuesday. 😁

This has to be the worst roll out of any product so far. I just traded mail with Xp and it went like this. We are so sorry you have not received your coil yet but here at XP we are working feverishly to try and keep up with such a high demand. We will not however rush a product out and sacrifice its quality. We are also in discussion with the US involving the 50% tariff. I returned a mail as follows. Now I am really upset that you claim a 50% tariff is part of the issue when the tariff imposed is only 15%. They replied yes we are in discussions now about the 15% tariff imposed. I have lost all faith now as this conversation took only five mins. I don’t know what to believe.

To be fair, the whole tariff thing seems to have quietened down a little, but until very recently, trying to understand/plan/predict anything tariff-related was not easy (I'm using neutral language here).  That said, I do wonder why XP has found it difficult to keep up with demand - and still seems to today - even in markets not affected by volatility, besides the usual currency risks.  I was lucky enough to get my HF2 in May, and I've seen several other people with them at rallies in the UK although owning one is still a talking point!

When they came out with the ORX they didn’t have trouble coming out with two HF coils..

Thanks for the updates.    So after 4 plus months I sent a first inquiry to my dealer, "XP HF2 coil ordered on May 8. Any news on when you will be getting them in?...." The response was, "Unfortunately, no as the website says we have no ship dates. We are waiting on XP to get us more. I do not know when that will be."      That response implies no information or hope for any near term delivery.  The dealer is in the top 10 in volume in the U.S. but perhaps that is not big enough.     It is more disappointing that XP cannot delivery on these HF2 coils while they are delivering on other products.

This sounds suspiciously (as in... virtually word for word) like the same response I received from my dealer a couple months ago. I ordered (and paid for) mine on May 17th... still nothing! I'm not blaming the dealer, and I understand there are other circumstances complicating things, but come on XP can you really not at least fulfill backorders from many months ago?

The HF coils were released in mid-2017 for Deus 1 BEFORE Orx which was released in late 2018.  So, of course, they had no trouble.

Pretty jacked-up response by whoever is answering emails at XP France.  I don't blame people for wondering what the heck is going on when XP themselves appear to have trouble understanding what's going on.  SMH.

XP should know its consumer base count by now. I find it strange that when introducing a new elliptical FMF searchcoil that has advantages that they didn't prepare their inventory prior to release.

Every time Chase when you Quote me the first thing I say is what the heck did I say are do wrong..

I had the Deus 1 and the ORX with both HF coils but to remember when all this took place?????

I’ll leave all those dates to someone that it may be important to.

 Thanks!
