''Golden Mask Altus is not as sensitive to coins with low conductivity, for example a Roman silver denarius from the 1st century (highly conductive coin) is localized 10 cm deeper compared to a Roman silver denarius from the 3rd century (low conductive coin) Golden Mask Altus is not as sensitive to small silver and bronze coins 6-8mm, as well as to small jewelry (earrings, chains, etc.)''

I never felt the Equinox was a deep machine in that way and it really benefitted from having the coil scrubbing the ground, it hates an air gap between the coil and the soil on deep targets like it had in this video, I don't know why but a small air gap like that affects the depth more than it should for the size of the gap, in my ground the CTX 3030 was the one to really light up the deeper targets and to a lesser extent the Manticore but mainly as it was done AFTER the CTX had done all the hard lifting.

The Golden Mask did a fantastic job and will likely be a hit for the European deep target hunters.

Bummer, just when I was getting tempted to get one to try for gold nugget detecting. Or maybe I should be happy of a temptation removed.

Good videos, thanks for posting. I notice in the last video the Altus squawks when over the target and close to the ground. He is quick to lift the coil to eliminate that. Or so it seemed to me. Night and day results regardless, and impressive.
